What you can expect from this site and from a Flux Fusion account, and what we ask of you.

“Flux Fusion”, “we” and “us” mean Flux Fusion SHPK, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Albania under NUIS L52209037K, at Magazinë në Stermas, ZK 3517, Nr. Pasurie 49/2, Tirana, Albania. “You” means anyone using this site, and, where you hold one, the person a client account is opened for.
By using the site you agree to these terms. They sit alongside, and do not replace, the written agreement you sign when you buy a car from us; where the two differ about a purchase, the written agreement applies.
The site presents our vehicles, services and offers in Albania and Kosovo, lets you get in touch, and gives clients a portal for their ownership. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will always be either; we may change or withdraw any part of it.
Vehicle details come from the manufacturer and our own records and are given in good faith. Specifications, colours, equipment, availability and arrival dates can change without notice, and photos may show a specification other than the one on offer. A listing, including a price, is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell: the price and terms of any purchase are those in the written agreement you sign with us.
“Reserve” on an upcoming vehicle opens an enquiry. A reservation becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and any deposit we agree has been paid; until then a car may be sold to someone else. Deposit and cancellation terms are set out when we confirm.
A client account is opened by us when you become a client and a vehicle is registered to you; there is no self-service sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what is done with your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
What the portal shows — vehicles, service history, payments, points, credits, referrals — is our record. It is provided as information, and if you believe something in it is wrong, tell us and we will check it against the underlying documents, which govern.
We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, or where the relationship it belongs to has ended, after telling you. Closing an account does not affect a warranty or any right you already have.
You place an order from your portal; it is a request until we confirm it, which we do after checking stock and your details. Prices are shown in euros; any tax or delivery charge that applies is stated before you confirm. Delivery inside Tirana and Prishtina is free; elsewhere it is agreed with you before dispatch. Payment terms are those agreed when we confirm.
Where consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance within a set period, that right applies and we will tell you how to use it when we confirm your order. Goods returned must be unused and in their original condition. Warranty on parts and accessories is the manufacturer's, as stated with the product.
You request an appointment from your portal; we confirm it with a time and a technician, and we may propose another time. A quotation is an estimate; if the work needed turns out to be more, we tell you before continuing. Please let us know if you cannot make an appointment. Every visit is recorded in your vehicle's history with its report.
Points accrue on purchases, service and store orders when the transaction completes, and are redeemed against future purchases and service at rates set per campaign and confirmed at the time you redeem. Points have no cash value and are not transferable.
Credits are held by type — a maintenance credit is spent on maintenance, a gift credit on what it was given for — and are applied when the matching work or purchase is invoiced. They have no cash value.
Referrals. Your referral code is yours to share. When someone registers with it and their vehicle purchase is confirmed, both of you receive €500 in credits, and there is no limit to the number of referrals that can pay. Referrals are paid on a confirmed purchase, not on a deposit or a signature, and one purchase can be credited to one referrer. You may not refer yourself, and a referral obtained by misrepresentation or by circumventing these rules is void; credits so obtained can be reversed.
We may change the programme for the future, with notice in your portal. Points and credits already earned are not affected by a change.
Roadside assistance is available to verified clients through the portal and by phone, in Albania and Kosovo. You tell us where you are, we tell you when help is on the way, and you can follow the request from your portal. We do our best to respond quickly but cannot guarantee a response time; it depends on where you are, the time and the conditions.
It is a vehicle-assistance service, not an emergency service. In any situation involving injury or danger to life, contact the emergency services first. Sharing your device's location is optional and helps us find you; you can type your location instead.
The warranty on a vehicle you buy from us is set out in the vehicle's warranty documents and the agreement you sign, and your portal shows where you stand within it. Nothing on this site extends, shortens or replaces those terms.
Use the site and your account for their purpose. Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the site, submit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or use the contact form or referral programme to send unsolicited messages. We may block access from anyone who does.
The text, photographs, design and code of this site belong to Flux Fusion or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without it. Manufacturer names and marks, including ZEEKR, belong to their owners and are used to identify the vehicles we sell.
We take care with the site but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site itself, from its unavailability, or from things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have as a consumer. The terms of a purchase, a service or a warranty are those of the agreement that covers it.
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which form part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Disputes that cannot be settled between us are for the courts of Tirana, without prejudice to any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live, including in Kosovo.
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change that matters to clients is announced in the portal. Using the site after a change means accepting it. Questions go to privacy@fluxfusionalbania.com.
