What we collect when you get in touch or hold an account with us, why, who handles it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask of us.
Effective 13 September 2026
The controller of your personal data is Flux Fusion SHPK, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Albania under NUIS L52209037K, at Magazinë në Stermas, ZK 3517, Nr. Pasurie 49/2, Tirana, Albania, trading as Flux Fusion. We sell and service electric vehicles in Albania and Kosovo, with showrooms in Tirana and Prishtina and a service centre in Tirana.
For anything about your data, write to privacy@fluxfusionalbania.com. We answer from that address. We are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not appointed one; the address above reaches the people responsible.
This site, the client portal, the contact form, and the ways we communicate with you once you have contacted us. It does not cover the manufacturers whose cars we sell, or the platforms you might use to message us (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), each of which has its own policy for what it does with your messages on its side.
When you send us a message. Your name and surname, phone number, email address, the branch you chose (Albania or Kosovo), your message, and, if you came from a vehicle's page, which vehicle it was. Your name, phone, email and branch are required: without them we cannot answer you, and the form will not send. Nothing here is required by law; it is required to do what you asked.
When you become a client. We open your account; there is no self-service sign-up. What we record is what the purchase agreement needs and what running your ownership needs; without it we could not deliver, service or warrant the car. Your account holds your profile (name, phone, email, city, date of birth where you have given it), the vehicles registered to you with their purchase, delivery and warranty dates and payment records, your service appointments and the reports from each visit, your accessory orders and delivery details, your loyalty points and credits with every transaction behind them, the referrals you make, and the notifications we send you.
When you request roadside assistance. The location you share — from your device, only if you allow the browser to provide it, or typed in — a description of the problem, any photo or video you attach, and the status of the request as it is handled.
When you refer someone. Their name and contact details, which you give us with their knowledge, and the progress of the referral. Once they register we hold their data as a client of their own.
When you attend an event. That you said you were coming, and who else did, shown to other attendees on the event page.
When you use the site. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time), kept briefly for security and reliability, and anonymous, aggregate usage measurements from our hosting provider's analytics, which use no cookies and do not identify you.
Photographs. Cars and products on the site are ours or the manufacturer's. Photos you upload — of a breakdown, or as a client uploading to your own vehicle's record — are stored with that record.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the site is not directed at them.
The law lets us process personal data only for stated purposes and on a stated basis. Ours are these.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not profile you. If we ever need your data for a purpose not listed here, we tell you first and, where the law requires it, ask.
We use a small number of providers. Each acts under a contract that limits it to our instructions.
Within the business, your data is seen by the staff who need it for their work: sales agents for enquiries and sales, service technicians and advisors for your car and your appointments, the emergency team for assistance requests, and administrators.
Others, only when the situation calls for it. If you ask us to arrange financing or insurance, we pass the provider what it needs and tell you at the time. If a warranty claim goes to the manufacturer, it receives the vehicle and repair details. If the law requires it, we disclose what it requires to the authority that requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Our providers operate from data centres that may be outside Albania and Kosovo, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves the country, it does so under the safeguards the law provides for, including contractual clauses that bind the provider to protect it. You can ask us at privacy@fluxfusionalbania.com for details of the safeguards in place for a particular provider.
We keep data for as long as the purpose it was collected for lasts, and no longer. Where the law fixes a period, that period applies. In practice:
When a record is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it is deleted or made anonymous. We review what we hold, and the schedule behind these criteria is available on request.
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Access to data in the business is by role: a technician sees what a technician needs, and the client portal shows you only what is yours. Passwords are never stored in a readable form. No system is perfectly secure, and we ask you not to send us anything more sensitive than a request needs.
You have the right to:
To exercise any of these, write to privacy@fluxfusionalbania.com. We may need to confirm it is you before acting. We respond within thirty days, and tell you if we need longer.
If you believe we have not handled your data as we should, you can complain to the supervisory authority: in Albania, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data; in Kosovo, the Information and Privacy Agency. We would rather hear from you first.
The site sets cookies only to keep you signed in; its analytics set none. The full list, what each does and how long it lasts, is in the cookie policy.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what we do with your data is announced in your portal before it takes effect. Earlier versions are available on request.
